Home Refund Policy
Quick Summary: 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. No refunds after 7 days or on usage-based charges. All requests to ishanits31@gmail.com in writing.

1. Scope

This policy applies to subscription fees paid for access to Ishanx Payment Solutions SaaS platform. It does not govern refunds for end-customer payments through merchant payment flows — those are the individual merchant's responsibility.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial payment.
  • Request must be emailed to ishanits31@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
  • Only the first subscription payment is eligible. Subsequent renewals are not covered.

3. Cancellation Rules

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until end of current billing period.
  • No partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Cancellations after the 7-day window are not eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day window.
  • Renewal charges after non-cancellation.
  • Usage-based charges already consumed.
  • Add-on services, custom development, or setup fees.
  • Accounts suspended for Terms violations.
  • Third-party payment processing fees — governed by the respective provider's policies.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Review: 2–3 business days after receiving your email.
  • Approval notification: By email.
  • Refund initiated: Within 3–5 business days of approval.
  • Credit in account: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment method.

6. How to Request

Email ishanits31@gmail.com with: registered email address, transaction/payment reference, reason for refund, and date of payment.

7. Transaction Disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension.

8. Merchant-Level Refunds

Refunds from merchants to their end-customers are governed by the merchant's own refund policy and the third-party payment provider's policies. Ishanx Payment Solutions is not responsible for merchant-to-customer refunds.
